abandon all hope‘Abandoned’ written by Marc, in Sae's POV You said ‘We were destined for this.’ You said ‘It’s gonna be alright.’ You said ‘It’s okay.’ If it were, I wouldn’t be in this plight. You said ‘Together forever.’ You said ‘Never going to leave you.’ You said ‘I promise.’ But you broke it too. On the night of the ritual, We were ready, without a care. But then Itsuki came in and Asked us to follow him, but where? He led us to The old Kureha Shrine. He said, ‘escape here’ I think he just crossed the line. We agreed though, And Itsuki gave me a kiss. As we ran, something told me ‘You can be one with this.’ Through the forest, We made our way, But, I just couldn’t do this. And I fell under its sway. I don’t know if you knew this But I got caught You just ignored me, A way out, you sought. As I stared at the Torii gate, I knew it was too late. Still, I left you a note, And accepted my fate. I got hung that night. I just couldn’t cope. As I got thrown down the Abyss, I abandoned all hope. Although I was dead, I wanted to die by your hand. But since the ritual failed, The Darkness infested the land. As I’m writing this, ‘Kill’ was all I could say.
